Shedden Uhde Pty Ltd is pleased to announce that, effective 1st October 2002, Clough Engineering will aquire a 50% shareholding in the company from Uhde GmbH of Germany, to become a joint owner of Shedden Uhde.
The move follows the establishment, in 2001, of a strategic alliance between Shedden Uhde and Clough Engineering to jointly pursue certain projects within the hydrocarbons sector. The involvement of Clough Engineering wil provide Shedden Uhde with access to the skill and resources that perfectly comlement those traditionally offered by the company."
"We look forward to a very successful cooperation between the three companies," he said.
Shedden Uhde will continue to operate as a separate business entity from it's existing offices in West Melbourne and Brisbane.
