| Managing Director
| Managing Director of Shedden Uhde Thailand, Ron has over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas, Refining and PetroChemical industries. A Chemical Engineer he specialised in Light Hydrocarbon Processing and Refining working in Europe, Middle East and Asia. His roles include Process Technologist, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Sales Engineer leading to General Manger Sales and Marketing before joining the Thailand office.

IAN MCKASKILL
| General Manager, Operations
| Ian McKaskill has 30 years experience in the operations, management and implementation of large capital works projects in oil and gas, minerals processing and heavy engineering manufacturing industries. Ian’s career has developed through design of large capital equipment, marketing and business development, general management and major capital works project management. Ian is currently responsible for Shedden Uhde Group operations covering Asia and Australia.

DAVID COTTERELL
| Manager, Project Delivery
| David has more than 28 years experience in Engineering, Procurement Contracts and project management. He has had senior management roles on major projects, particularly in the engineering and construction on refinery projects as well as oil and gas developments both in Australia and overseas.
David is currently Project Delivery Manager for the Thailand Operations overseas all major projects.

| Manager, Engineering & Supply
| A mechanical engineer he has more than 16 years of experience on projects in the petrochemical, minerals and metal processing industries. Yasser has worked with large engineering and construction companies operating internationally and with consulting and project management firms in Australia. His diverse responsibilities throughout his work history include conceptual development and preparation of project studies, management of projects design, planning and management of construction and commissioning and currently Engineering and Supply Manager.

| Manager, Project Development
| Wudthisak has more than 26 years in piping engineering, engineering and construction management including roles project planning, site establishment, and engineering office management. Wudthisak is responsible for Projects Development which includes the implementation of ‘Owning Time’ process for accelerated project delivery.

KRIANGKRAI JAI-AYA
| Manager, Technology Services
| Kriangkrai has total over 23 years working experience with 16 years in mechanical design engineering, engineering management and project management of Chemical, Petrochemical and Refinery Plant Projects and 7 years in operation and maintenance of Chemical and Industry Plants.
He has started working with Shedden Uhde (Thailand) Ltd. as head of mechanical engineering section and is involved in management of bid document preparation, proposals, business development and technical procurement services. His current role as Technical Services Manager includes management of the Oil and Gas business in Thailand. |

MANAPORN JIRASINGHA
| Manager, Finance
| Manaporn began her career as the founding financial controller of the company covering all aspects of legal and commercial related to this establishment. She was responsible for all Thailand accounting and finance management inclusive of audit preparation and execution. She has expertise in BOI related management. As Finance Manager she had been involved in all tasks to optimization of the shareholder structure, expansion of offices modification of accounting system to IFS enterprise management system. In addition, she managed the legal and commercial integration of an affiliated company into Shedden Uhde (Thailand) Ltd.

CHANAWAT DUANGSAWANG
| Manager, Human Resources
| Chanawat has 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Corporate Administration with international joint venture company between Siam Cement Group in Thailand and NEC Corporation, Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan. Chanawat is responsible for human resource development, administration and training functions with a focus on strengthening the company’s position as employer of choice in the region.

MONTRI LUANGSA-ARD
| Manager, Business Development
| A German trained process engineer with more than 20 years experience in Chemical and related industries working on projects in Germany and Thailand. Montri has also worked as the Technologist providing ‘know How’ transfer support on Uhde projects and more recently has worked as sales and business development executive on major proposals for the Thailand operations.
