The use of specialist tools and process systems has been an important aspect of the success of Uhde Shedden and is crucial in providing ongoing outstanding value in project delivery.
The Company operates in a structured systematic environment encapsulated within our Business System (SUBS), which is utilised by all staff via the Company's intranet system and supports a continuous improvement environment.
We are early adopters of effective tools to improve our performance and we enhance our leaders in these tools in proprietary ways to meet performance requirements. We have adopted and customised 3D CADD tools such as PDMS, the AVEVA integrated engineering suite and the integration of estimating, financial and accounting software with cost control, procurement and contract management systems.
